Hana is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who believes that our bodies and minds are naturally designed to heal. She views therapy as a space where qualities such as more vitality, joy, meaningfulness, sense of belonging, and resilience can be brought to life, with gentleness and understanding.

Hana’s approach is rooted in the acknowledgment of the nervous system’s foundational role in our functioning. She uses mindfulness, Brainspotting, Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic therapy to support clients as they work through trauma, anxiety, depression and/or challenging relationships.

Hana’s guiding principle in therapy and elsewhere is Rumi’s “As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.
